Sunsmith is a print design studio specialising in the womenswear contemporary market.

We create and sell exclusive print designs to fashion brands, mainly focused on swimwear, activewear and ready-to-wear.

We’re known for our florals and textured abstracts, even though we also create other types of prints reinterpreting the market trends in our evergreen approach.

Sunsmith was founded in late 2019 by Júlia Ferrer Soler. Born in Barcelona and trained in the UK, she completed her studies in Surface Pattern Design and Textile Surfaces at Staffordshire University and also specialised in CAD for Textiles at Nottingham Trent University.

Named after the anglicised combination of her surnames, Sunsmith reflects the contrasts and yet the balance between concept and tangible. The (h)ability to materialise ideas, which ultimately is what both design and Júlia are all about. Sensibility & Pragmatism.
